The NGV offers free online gallery tours each month, where the gallery comes to you!
Are you interested in a visit to the National Gallery of Victoria but cannot physically visit? They would love to see you, and your U3A group through their online program, Gallery Visits You.
Join NGV Educators each month as they introduce highlight works from the NGV Collection and exhibitions. It’s a great way to stay connected to the NGV. No prior art knowledge or experience is required.
These activities are offered to individuals as well as community groups. Simply make one booking for your U3A group and you will be sent a link.
In August, join them for: The Art of India
Discover some of the treasures of Indian art in the NGV Collection, from miniature paintings depicting historical events and courtly life, to rich textiles and contemporary works by artists such as Subodh Gupta, celebrating everyday life.
