The NGV offers free online gallery tours each month, where the gallery comes to you!
Are you interested in a visit to the National Gallery of Victoria but cannot physically visit? They would love to see you, and your U3A group through their online program, Gallery Visits You.
Join NGV Educators each month as they introduce highlight works from the NGV Collection and exhibitions. It’s a great way to stay connected to the NGV. No prior art knowledge or experience is required.
These activities are offered to individuals as well as community groups. Simply make one booking for your U3A group and you will be sent a link.
In October, join them for: Margaret Preston: Works and Influences
Join them for an introduction to the retrospective exhibition Margaret Preston (4 Sep 26 – 31 Jan 27). Explore the contribution the artist made to Australian art in the twentieth century and gain insights into the influences that shaped her work.
Thursday 15th October 2026, 11.00 – 11.30am
