Member Wizard

Member Wizard is a member management system with an integrated web site creator that U3A Network provides Member U3As at no cost.

It has been developed as a social enterprise application to assist committees of Not-for-Profit groups manage their organisation. Members can pay their membership dues online, register and pay for Events and access secure organisational material such as agendas and meeting minutes.

Members can update their personal details, renew their membership, view any activities they are attending or pay any outstanding invoices all through a Member Portal on their phone or home computer. And now you can also create and maintain a user-friendly attractive website. All for the one annual low subscription cost.

Logged in Members can view details on the Member Wizard page, or you can ask our friendly U3A Assistance chatbot.

U-MAS

Membership Management System

U-MAS is a legacy U3A Member Administration System that has been in use since 2007. Support for U-MAS is only guaranteed until June 2027, so U3A is transitioning to Member Wizard (see details on this page), which offers greater functionality.

Network Data System (NDS)

U3As are required to report to the Network once a year as part of the annual membership process.

The Network Data System is where U3As update their contact information, including details of committee members and office bearers.

Website Templates

A website template has been developed for the use of U3As. The benefits of using the Website Template Package are:

Strengthened communication and marketing presence among the smaller U3As in Victoria, leading to increased membership and public visibility
U3As spend less time on website design and creation, and more on class and activity management
Minimal cost for those U3As with the least amount of reserve funds
Support by U3A volunteers for those U3As with website challenges
Skills transfer among Member U3As – the essence of the U3A movement
